Overview
The “SCETA – Supporting a Sustainable Circular Economy Transition in Agriculture for Carbon Neutralization” project aims to generate carbon credits through the enhancement of soil carbon sequestration in Kazakhstan. Improved sequestration is achieved by introducing sustainable agricultural practices to local farmers. The project provides advisory services, access to sustainable agricultural best practices also including the access to soil biostimulants, as well as implementation of an improved monitoring system to measure achieved results against the baseline. The carbon product rights will be assigned to the project developer (ICCS Ltd) and the revenues shall be distributed among the project developer, the local integrator (ICCS Eurasia Ltd.) and the project participants.

Continuous input and grievance mechanism – raise your voice!
ICCS has held three rounds of stakeholder consultations between 2024 and 2026 with the SCETA project participants and other affected stakeholders.
Besides that, in order to ensure a transparent process throughout the project lifecycle, ICCS maintains a continuous input and grievance mechanism through which identified stakeholders can express their views, raise questions, and submit feedback at any time.
