The benefits of our project

Our project promotes the “transition to climate-resilient agriculture, forestry and other land use” (LULUCF), as our methods developed in the project allow us to determine the sequestration and emission of greenhouse gases per farming unit and take into account the impact on agricultural activities in this calculation.

Our method enables more detailed planning of agricultural climate measures, the monitoring of effects and the development of a differentiated support methodology according to the KAP program by generating and incorporating carbon credits.
