International Climate Change Solutions Zrt.

Who we are

Our team consists of several professionals who are dedicated to the transition to regenerative farming.  We assist farmers in achieving this by using our model, based on several years of research and organizational work and that we are now bringing to market in the widest possible means in order to serve the interests of all those who are keen to participate in circular agriculture.

Hungarian farmers carry on a rich tradition of agricultural practices that lives on to this day with justifiable pride in the quality of its produce. This is one of the reasons why we launched the SCETA project, which through its cluster of the same name, has introduced its practices into local production systems. That being said, we are not only expanding throughout Europe, but also in emerging Asian markets, where we have found local partners who are able to create favorable conditions for our project.

Moving away from the competition that has developed around COreduction farming, we build our projects from the bottom up, focusing on the interests of the farmers and keeping in mind the principles of voluntarism and regenerative farming.

Today, the voluntary carbon market in agriculture is mainly showing growth in the US, but the EU is also taking steps to reform certification and credit issuance.

Based on all of this, we are optimistic about the reception of the ICCS SCETA project, taking into account the fact that the digitalization of agriculture today goes hand in hand with EU and domestic programs based around food security, as well as support for rural sustainable farming, in line with the principles of self sufficiency and the reduction of our carbon footprint. For this reason, we believe in the steps taken by the government regarding the reduction of agricultural CO2 emission, through the incentives they are providing industry participants and farmers to assist them in their transition to regenerative farming methods.

Our mission: To create a local cooperative and community-based carbon reduction system that aims to reduce the effects of environmental degradation and helps to regenerate land, all the while diversifying and increasing the income and food security of rural farmers through value-added traditional and functional foods.

Activities include small-scale agricultural projects led by farmers and schools which focus on reducing CO2 emissions from production on agricultural land. There is a lot of pressure on natural resources in the countryside, where biodiversity is still higher.
